“Benefit Hours Remaining” Error

In Client Payroll Manager, when you receive a Benefit Hours Remaining error, the hours entered exceed the balance of benefit hours the consumer has available.  You can add the hours anyway and the consumer will then have negative benefit hours.  When the consumer earns more benefit hours, the system will then add them to the negative balance in order to lessen the deficit.
