Resetting a VCloud Customer Password in Case Management

  1. Run OpenVPN as Administrator.
  2. From system tray right click OpenVPN and select connect – login with your OpenVPN  credentials.
  3. Launch RDP session and go to IP address: 192.168.50.10
  4. Login with your VCloud credentials.
  5. Navigate to Active Directory | Users and Computers.
  6. Click on the ‘Start” button – Administrative Tools – Active Directory Users and Computers.
  7. Locate Customer number and User name.
  8. Right click on the User’s name and select “reset password.” 
  9. Enter new password and confirm password field.
  10. Check box “unlock user’s account” if account is locked.
  11. Click OK.
