- You can use the Download Activity Files and use the File Format Name csvdetail and it should give you the information you need.
2. Since there are so many employees both Active and Inactive on this account it is recommended that you run the report for one month at a time. You can run the report with one date range, Time Works Plus recommended by month.
3. You will need to manually select the Dates and make sure that you are running it for All Employees (Including Inactive).
4. When you are saving the report save it with the file extension .csv instead of the .txt extension that it may be showing up as.
