The Labor Costs will not Calculate on a Finished Good when Clicking the Recalc Current Cost Button

Solution

1. Make sure all steps in router have a time study with a quantity. Zero is not valid. (Note: Zero operations per FG is a valid entry because this signals Navision not to send the step to Client Payroll Calculator).
2. Go to Job Manager | Setup | Advanced Setup. On the general tab, make sure there are hours in the Hours Per Shift field and for Monday-Friday under Company Schedule. The numbers are meaningless, but some of the old codes from Cost Control checks it and we haven’t pulled out the old code.
