“User” is Not a Valid User Name for this System
When you receive the error message “User” is Not a Valid User Name for this System, the message means that the you have not been moved out of the Not Grouped category in Access Management, thus you have no permissions.
Someone with Vertex Rehab Management Administrator access must do the following:
From within Client Payroll Manager:
- From the Menu, select Tools.
- Select Administrator.
- Select Access Groups. Locate the employee in whichever group he or she is currently in and click the ‘move staff’ button and move the person to the appropriate group.
