Services Option for Plan Reviews in Case Manager
These reviews are normally attached to a specific service. This article explains how to access the option to include other services on the review report.
- Log in to Case Manager with admin access.
- Select Admin: Intuition: Planning: Review Types.
- If this customer uses Reviews, a list will display.
- Click the pencil icon to open the Review Type.
- Scroll down to see the option, “Include Objectives Not Associated To Service”
- Check the box and save.
