Services Option for Plan Reviews in Case Manager

These reviews are normally attached to a specific service. This article explains how to access the option to include other services on the review report.
  1. Log in to Case Manager with admin access.
  2. Select Admin: Intuition: Planning: Review Types.
  3. If this customer uses Reviews, a list will display.
  4. Click the pencil icon to open the Review Type.
  5. Scroll down to see the option, “Include Objectives Not Associated To Service”
  6. Check the box and save.
