“Unknown database I/O error-no such file or directory” error message
There are several possible causes for this error including, but not limited to:
- You no longer have permission to access this location on your network,
- The file location has changed,
- The database has been removed
To determine the presumed location of the database:
1. From Windows Explorer, navigate to C: | Windows | SYSWOW (64) file | odbcad32.exe
2. Right-click the file and select Run as Administrator
3, Select tab System DSN
4. Select CONSUMER_ODBCFB | Configure
- check the database file-path to see if it correctly setup on the correct server and drive
- If not set the correct path in the field ad click on save/ ok
