Yes. You can access Financial Facilitator remotely using a browser on a PC or tablet computer from anywhere. No special software needs to be installed.
We often change the budget a couple of times each year. Can we pick which budget version is to be used for the statements each time they are run?
Yes. At run time, you can specify the budget version to be used.
We run more than 100 financial statements each month to distribute. Can these all be run in one batch?
Yes. You can process an unlimited number of statements in each batch using Financial Facilitator. Alternatively, you can provide online access to the statements that each user is allowed to see. The software’s drill-down capability allows each user to know what was charged to the account.
