Vertex Systems Announces Blind-Accessible Case Manager Solution

Vertex Systems is proud to announce a major accessibility update to our Case Manager solution, now fully accessible for blind and visually impaired users. This important development was driven by feedback from our customers and partners who requested enhanced support for employees with visual impairments.

Our newly enhanced Case Manager allows blind and visually impaired users to navigate seamlessly through the platform using keyboard tabbing and screen reader compatibility. It is fully JAWS® capable and supports screen narration, enabling users to efficiently move from field to field while having content read aloud to them.

All the features Case Manager users know and love are still here, now with inclusive design in mind.
