Incorrect Agency Name on Client Payroll Calculator Reports

Solution

You need to enter the correct information into the Agency Information subject in Rehab Management.  Follow the steps below to make the change: 

1.)     Click the “Administrator” icon within the menu.

2.)     Login as user with Administrator rights. The SYSDBA user name and password will not work.  

3.)     Once logged in, select the “Agency Information” subject.

4.)     Make necessary changes to Agency Information screen.

Agency Name appears on the Employee Earnings Information report and the Rate of Pay Verification report (NY Export).
