Case Manager Service Records Do Not Show in Billing Manager
Solution
The sync between Case Manager and Billing Champion may not have run. Here’s how to manually evoke the routine. If the sync was the issue, this will fix the problem and the records will move to Billing Champion so they can be billed
- Login to SSMS
- Select VertexRehabManagement DB
- Select Programability
- Select Stored Procedures
- Right Click dbo.Billing_ResyncAll
- Select Execute Stored Procedure
- Click OK.
