Using the Consumers Missing Data Report in Case Manager

This report will automatically execute when selected. The report provides a list of all Consumers that are missing key data. The check boxes indicate that the data is present. Empty boxes indicate that those data elements are missing. 

  • Agency Status, Program Service Enrollments, and Case Load Assignments are entered via Consumer | Coordination of Care.
  • Program Enrollments are entered via Consumer | My Profile. Program Enrollment Status is entered via Consumer | My Profile | My Programs |Status.
  • Primary Service Location is entered via Consumer | Personal Information. consumers missing data report
