Unknown error (0x8000500c) for domain when logging in to Case Manager

Solution
The issue, as the CM error message implied, is related to an underlying Domain Controller (DC) issue. This could happen with on-premise customers so the customer would need to review errors on their domain controllers and resolve. The solution is to reboot the DC and Vertex app server.
