Add Agency Address to the Periodic Summary Report

 
  1. From the Intuition by Vertex – Case Management Menu, select Admin | Organization | Agencies 
  2. Click the pencil to the left of the agency name
  3. In the Name field, enter the agency address after the name of the agency.  The available characters are somewhat limited so you may have to abbreviate a bit but you should be able to enter your agency name and address.  This information then displays on reports where ever the name of your agency displays.
