CPM – Employee does not have a productivity rate but is being paid for a productivity-based job

Solution

Review job/ Activity Setup and Employee Setup 

1. Job/ Activity Setup | Pay Code | Productivity
2. Employee Setup | productivity Rate
   
   1. Review Job Step Productivity, Work Type then Overall
   2. if step and work type productivity are not active then if overall productivity is in use it will be applied to the record.
