This is a general error from InstallShield.
In most cases, it occurs in relation to the VRM client install because an existing instance of the install is still running when a second is started. For example, the customer may start the client install and, thinking the install has failed for some reason, start it a second time while the first is still running. The first instance may end up behind several other windows and therefore be ‘invisible’ to the user.
Dismiss the error by clicking the OK button, then close any open windows to determine if an install-related window is open in the background somewhere.
