“External exception error” in Client Payroll Manager

Solution

1.)  Click ok.  The server is down or the attempt to connect to the server timed out.  Contact Network Administrator, could require a server reboot. 

2.)  Norton Antivirus (OEM) 5.01.04 was running and caused a conflict.  When Norton was disabled, the errors no longer occurred upon exit from Client Payroll Manager.
