Resetting a VCloud Customer Password in Case Management
- Run OpenVPN as Administrator.
- From system tray right click OpenVPN and select connect – login with your OpenVPN credentials.
- Launch RDP session and go to IP address: 192.168.50.10
- Login with your VCloud credentials.
- Navigate to Active Directory | Users and Computers.
- Click on the ‘Start” button – Administrative Tools – Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Locate Customer number and User name.
- Right click on the User’s name and select “reset password.”
- Enter new password and confirm password field.
- Check box “unlock user’s account” if account is locked.
- Click OK.
