CPM – Productivity Rate not appearing on Reports
User will need to check the job step and the employee setup.
Troubleshooting areas
- Check the job step pay code to see if it set to pay based on productivity.
- If the job step is set for productivity, check the employee setup to see if they have a productivity rate setup and active.
