Vertex Systems is heading to the 2026 MOHR Legislative Retreat, taking place August 24-26 at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Resort in Deerwood, Minnesota. This year’s retreat moves to a new venue, a change from the traditional Alexandria location, but the mission stays the same: bringing together disability service providers, agency leaders, and advocates to shape Minnesota’s legislative agenda for the year ahead.
Vertex’s Longevity in Minnesota
Minnesota represents a significant market for Vertex, with a strong and growing customer base across the state. The company remains committed to supporting disability service organizations through billing, case management, and related technology modules that help agencies spend less time on paperwork and more time on the people they serve.
“We look forward to meaningful conversations, learning about the latest legislative priorities, and connecting with agency leaders who are making a difference across the state,” said the Vertex team.
Let’s Connect in Deerwood
The retreat’s agenda covers the issues that matter most to Minnesota’s disability services community, federal and state legislative updates, employment law, long-term services and supports, Olmstead implementation, and grassroots advocacy planning for 2027. Vertex will be on-site throughout the event and invites agency leaders to stop by, catch up, and talk through what’s ahead for their organizations.
Attendees can meet with the Vertex team during the retreat or learn more about how we support Minnesota organizations by contacting us today.
The trip continues Vertex’s tradition of showing up for MOHR year after year, because staying close to the providers and legislators shaping this industry is part of how we do business in Minnesota.
