Forms was one of the most common requests we heard from our customers. Every organization has its own formats, its own documentation requirements, and its own workflows. With Vertex Forms, you can now build the forms your team already uses and have them work inside Vertex, populating data automatically, saving documents to the right file, and eliminating the paper-based processes that have slowed your team down for too long.
What Vertex Forms allows your organization to do:
- Build custom electronic forms for consumers, staff, and external parties
- Populate data directly into the Case Manager database upon submission
- Accept referral and enrollment forms from outside agencies
